Anna Harcourt was an intern for the United States Justice Department. She was portrayed by Rayisa Kondracki.

Division sends Thom on his first mission. He must eliminate Anna, an intern in Washington, DC who was having a secret affair with a U.S. Senator. Division agrees to cover up any trace of the affair as long as Senator Jack Kerrigan agrees to help pass a bill that will continue to fund the agency. Nikita arrives on the scene too late to save her but does save her dog Yoshi. She starts to look through photographs and finds a picture of a man named Oliver. Nikita visits the bar where Oliver works, poses as someone from the Justice Department and asks about Anna.

She quickly delved into Anna’s background and, after a few cat and mouse games with Division, Nikita found out that Anna was pregnant and had ordered a paternity test that was still pending. Nikita, with Alex's help, attempts to reach out to Anna's parents. Nikita decided that a nice chitchat with Anna’s parents might convince them to get the results of the test revealing that the Senator was the proud papa. Nikita then planned to use this information to sway the Senator and mess up Division’s cash flow idea.

Nikita pulls up to Anna’s family’s home and tells her parents that Anna is dead and that the people who did it are above the law. The dad tries to call Anna and doesn’t get an answer. Unfortunately, Nikita was in for a big surprise. It turns out that the sweet couple wasn’t so sweet after all. They were two hardcore Russian agents that gave Nikita quite a run for her money. Nikita put up her best fight even killing one of them, but that wasn’t good enough. She ended up being captured by the remaining agent, and this is when another of Anna's secrets was revealed.

It turns out that she was more than just an intern. She was also a Russian agent assigned to keep tabs on the Senator. Along with the other agents, Anna worked for a Russian mercenary company called Gogol. Anna had one more secret that she kept under wraps. It turns out that, like Nikita, she was in love with a civilian bartender. She had broken up with him right before she was killed, leaving the guy heartbroken. Nikita feels his pain and after he makes her a nice mojito, she offers him some soothing words about love and masks.

She tells Oliver that Senator Kerrigan will not be in office anymore now that the affair is out. Nikita tells Oliver that he was the only thing real in Anna’s life and that he was a good boyfriend to her.
